Last week we told you about how your conduct paves your way to success, and our friends from the Training Room reminded us of the obligations an Independent Representative needs to observe.

Today, the Training Room covers Part C of QNET’s Code of Ethics which discusses its applications in the business.

Part D invites everyone to pledge their commitment to success by adhering to the Code of Ethics of the company.

This part takes all the preceding sections of the Code, and urges Independent Representatives and QNET staff alike to make an oath that they will display good judgment and conduct themselves in an ethical manner at all times. One of the most important traits of being a professional IR is having a full grasp of your role as a representative of the company, in mind and in action, and doing so means putting the Code of Ethics into practice at all times.

The oath in Part D acts as a guide for the actions we must make and how we must perform in this business, to ensure that every success earned raises each one of us into being more improved versions of ourselves in every manner, so that we may share our multitude of successes to others and continue to touch people’s hearts.
